5F Outlook Add-in
Highlights:
Fast and convenient secure transmission of documents, directly from Outlook
Free of charge for your clients
The new Outlook add-in enables you to conveniently and securely use the QuickShare feature. Directly from Outlook.
With this function you can send a (password protected) link to one or more documents.
If the recipient is not a user of the 5F platform, he receives an email with a link in order to view the document as well as your comment. This external user, in turn, is also able to securely send you a comment and a document.

1. Locally installed Outlook
For locally installed Outlook, the following requirements apply:
- Outlook 2013 or later on Windows
- Outlook 2016 or later on Mac
2. Outlook Web
Outlook Web is supported via Office 365, Outlook Exchange 2016 and 2013, and Outlook.com
The client must be connected directly to an Exchange server or to Office 365. When configuring the client, the user needs to select the account type Exchange, Office 365 or Outlook.com. If the client has a POP3 or IMAP connection configured, Add-Ins will not be loaded.

5F sync
With the latest version of 5F sync, you can easily and automatically sync your documents between Windows PC and your DMS. So your documents will be up to date, always and anywhere.
In addition to Windows 10 compatibility we are focussing on stability and performance, as well as our Google-like search function.
Other highlights:
Entire folder structures can be quickly and easily uploaded to your DMS.
Create new structures in your DMS via Windows folders.
Selective synchronization allows you to download only selected folders.
