5F Lohn

After your client as an employer has entered the relevant data in the online questionnaire, the questionnaire is transmitted via a link to the new employees. These also complement the requested information digitally – and absolutely legible. Both parties end up receiving a full electronic personnel questionnaire as a PDF and know that nothing is missing for a correct payroll.

Typing errors are also avoided by automated plausibility checks during filling. In addition, an interactive navigation bar is available to new employees to help them collectingand adding the data. A nice side effect: due to the complete digitization of personnel master data collection, no paper is needed anymore. This protects the environment and saves money.

Only one link and one login

Your tax consultant office only needs one link for collecting the data. This link can be stored in the 5F collaboration platform with using the module “5F Partnerlinks” and is thus always available directly from the platform.

The full integration into the 5F platform takes place via a separate dashboard for the payroll officers. They can assign, edit and track the status of the journal at any time. The import file for DATEV LODAS® as well as Lohn and Gehalt® is then available directly to the payroll clerks directly on the 5F. The data can be imported into the DATEV system very easy. This saves a lot of time and again typos are avoided.

In combination with the module 5F Sign, even the personal questionnaire can be signed electronically at the end of the process. For the first time, a process can be handled easily, securely and completely digitally by all parties.
