Your platform carries someone else's name
Clients, customers and external parties work with your organisation every day, but to do so they log in at a software provider's address. Notifications about new documents and registration come from a sender they do not know. As a result, your central point of contact with them looks like a bought-in tool.

Your login page
Your logo instead of the 5F logo, your favicon in the browser tab and your own welcome text. This makes the very first screen part of your brand presence.
Your logo in the platform
After logging in, your contacts still see your organisation's logo in the platform.
Your email sender
Notifications and registration emails are sent from your address, for example no-reply@your-domain.com. Your own email signature is added as well.
Set-up and certificates
You tell us informally how your brand presence should look, and we handle the set-up. We manage the certificates for your portal address on an ongoing basis.
Changes during operation
If your logo or welcome text changes, the design can be adjusted, including after a rebrand.

What is a white-label platform?
A white-label platform is software that a provider operates but that appears under the user's name and corporate design. Its hallmarks are a dedicated web address, the user's own logo and a dedicated email sender for automated messages. The provider behind it is not visible to participants; depending on the organisation, they experience the result as a client portal, customer portal or member portal. Operation, maintenance and security remain with the provider. 5F White Label applies this principle to the 5F platform.

5F White Label brings your organisation's address, logo, login page and email sender into the platform, while the colour scheme and fonts remain those of 5F. Both can be adapted with the 5F Corporate Color Branding service, which can be added to the Custom licence. Get in touch if you would also like the interface in your own colours.
5F handles the setup; you only need to describe the branding you want. Where changes to your domain are required, we coordinate them with your IT team, which does not need to run any software of its own. 5FSoftware GmbH takes care of the certificates for the address on an ongoing basis.
Your participants see your logo on the login page and in the platform after signing in. Emails from 5F carry your organisation's sender address and your email signature, as provided to us.
The trial runs under the standard 5F address; we set up your own branding once you have a licence. In the online demo, we show you how 5F looks under your name.
