The auditing company Grant Thornton Germany has been using 5FSoftware in its daily office routine since 2020. Over the past few years, in addition to introductory training courses, regular topic-specific 5F workshops have been held to provide the best possible support to Grant Thornton AG employees in their daily work with 5FSoftware. We as the 5F team are pleased to look back on informative training courses with a total of more than 1000 employees of Grant Thornton AG.
Regular Workshops Lead to Efficient Onboarding at Grant Thornton
Within the last few years, 5FSoftware has been rolled out to several areas within Grant Thornton AG. With 250 to 300 participants in general training courses and 30 to 90 participants in specific training courses, there was a lot of activity in the online workshops during this time.
A well-thought-out concept was required to train all participants as efficiently and sustainably as possible. This was the only way to prepare a total of more than 1000 employees from different areas of Grant Thornton for the use of the 5F platform. And with success:

The Idea: Entertaining Training Courses with Individual Focuses
Training courses by the 5F team are designed in such a way that they can be carried out in an entertaining duration of 45 to 90 minutes per training course. Important factors here are the targeted approach and constant exchange: At the beginning of a training course or in a joint preliminary discussion with key users, individual application cases and questions are first discussed. The focus of the training course is then on these.
Flexible with 5f – Individual Project Structures and Efficient Use of Templates
Based on the set priorities, the 5F team can specifically demonstrate how individual project structures can be created in 5F and tailored to specific application cases as required. The creation and use of suitable templates for recurring work processes is also addressed in training courses.
Employees do not have to “try things out” themselves, but know from the outset the most efficient ways to map their law firm processes in 5F. Experience has shown that this can effectively save many hours of independent training in everyday work later on.
