Customisable columns and new Excel export for checklists

Columns in checklists can now be renamed and resized. The Excel export reflects the view you have set up.

  • Rename columns: You can give any column in a checklist a name of your choice using the pencil icon.
  • Adjust column width: Drag the edge of a column to make it wider or narrower. 5F remembers the setting.
  • Excel export matches your setup: Checklists are exported with the visible columns in their set order, with comments if required.
  • Guided introduction: The first time you open a checklist after the update, a short pop-up explains what is new.

  • Your column settings are retained when you duplicate a checklist or use it as a template.
  • 5F Balance Confirmation: New field for decimal numbers in the local notation, on import and in the view for external parties.
