All prices are net (excluding VAT), shown per month, based on annual billing and a 12-month contract term. One-off set-up fee: €650 (Team), €1,250 (Custom). Add-on modules and services are charged separately; you will receive their prices with your quote. External parties are always free of charge.
Here is how the licences differ. The Custom licence already includes selected modules and services; with the Team licence, you add them as needed.

After the 30 days, you decide whether to continue with a licence. If you do, 5F sets up your environment and, if you wish, transfers the content you created during the trial. The trial is non-binding; a contract is only concluded with your licence.
External participants work in every workflow you invite them to. They upload documents, respond to checklists, comment on documents, complete tasks and use the 5F App, in the modules as well as in the core features. Only your own organisation's staff need a licence.
Users are the staff of your own organisation who sign in to 5F with an account. Three users are included in every licence, and additional users are charged per user. Clients, customers, members and all other external participants do not count as users and remain free of charge.
Yes. You can add users, storage, modules and services during the term. Contact us by phone or email and we will set it up for you.
Contracts run for 12 months. Notice of termination must be given at least three months before the end of the term; otherwise, the contract renews for a further 12 months.
5F invoices annually. You can pay by bank transfer or SEPA direct debit.
