Yes. You can test the 5F platform for 14 days free of charge. To ensure you quickly become productive, we will personally assist you during this time and provide support for any questions you may have about the application. After the trial period, you can, if you wish, transfer the data processed during the test to the full version.

We would be happy to offer you a free initial consultation. In an online presentation, we will show you the 5F platform, advise you on your use case, and answer any open questions.

Typically, you can get started with 5F very quickly. During a standard online introduction (approx. 45 minutes), we will introduce you to the platform, demonstrate the most important processes, and answer your questions.
Afterwards, we will set up 5F for you – this is usually completed within 1-2 business days. You can then choose to start with the free 14-day trial phase or proceed directly to productive operation.
If you would like to use a white-label setup, coordination with your website/IT service provider may also be necessary. In this case, the exact start date also depends on external feedback.
Team is our standard package. It includes everything most firms and Companies need for the productive use of 5F.
Custom is suitable if you would like to tailor 5F particularly to your organisation—for example, with extended onboarding, additional branding in your company colours, or special Integration and Interface Solutions.

Yes. You can add Additional Modules and extensions at any time. Simply contact us by phone or email. We will support you in selecting the right options and implement the changes to suit your needs.
We offer annual billing. You can easily pay your invoice by bank transfer; SEPA direct debit is also possible.
The contract duration is 12 months. You may terminate the contract up to 3 months before the end of the term. If the contract is not terminated in due time, it will automatically be extended for another 12 months.

Yes. We are happy to assist you with onboarding—from the initial steps to a secure rollout within the Team. Furthermore, you can request flexible training packages as needed.
Yes. With the optional add-on module 5F White Label, you can customize the platform to match your own appearance. This includes, for example, your firm or company logo, a custom domain, and a personalized email sender including signature. More information can be found here.
If you also want a consistent corporate design appearance, the Custom License offers the additional feature 5F Corporate Color Branding. This allows you to customize the user interface to your individual colors and fonts—for a consistent, professional presence and stronger recognition among your clients, customers, and suppliers. For custom integrations, we offer the add-on 5F Integration and Interface Solutions as part of the Custom License. This allows us to connect 5F specifically to your system landscape—for example, to common document management systems (DMS) or other partner and third-party systems.
Technically, a REST API (JSON) is available for this purpose, which can be used to exchange data and automate workflows. Thanks to a modular approach, interfaces can be implemented efficiently and adapted to your requirements. In addition, we are open to technology partnerships and, if required, we can work with you to implement partner projects to seamlessly embed the integration into your IT infrastructure in a future-proof manner.
