Using 5f with SSO: Easily Manage Access Rights for your Organization

The extra 5F Single Sign-On (SSO) enables central login and access management for employees in your organization, integrated with Microsoft Azure. This makes the use and management of access rights in your company significantly more efficient and secure, while at the same time reducing the administrative burden through simplified and centralized processes.

Centralized management: Access to 5F is centrally controlled via the Microsoft directory service. If a user is blocked or a license is revoked, the login option is automatically removed.

Simplified login process: After the one-time registration, there is no need to enter access data for further access, which makes the regular use of 5F much easier.

Efficient Onboarding and Offboarding: Employees can be quickly integrated and easily de-registered, with SSO seamlessly integrating into established processes.

Enhanced Compliance: Uniform password management facilitates adherence to company-specific password policies.

The 5F Single Sign-On (SSO) module can only be used by employees with a 5F license. External contacts are excluded.
