Regensburg, March 1, 2022. The <\/strong>Grant Thornton AG<\/a>, one of<\/span> the leading mid-sized auditing firms in Germany, relies on 5FSoftware’s Cloud Collaboration Platform. In recent months, this platform has been rolled out nationwide, across all locations, and across various business units within the auditing firm. Among other things, the 5F Team set up and trained over 600 employees as platform users. This successful collaboration has since developed into a partnership of equals, which is already jointly working on further functions for the 5F Platform. <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Digitalization is not an End in Itself<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Auditors and tax consultants are currently facing the challenge of requesting, obtaining, tracking and digitally processing the large number of data from their clients – despite the promising future visions surrounding artificial intelligence and process automation.<\/p>\n

To implement 5FSoftware’s Cloud Collaboration Platform, Grant Thornton’s 600 users had to be introduced to the platform as quickly as possible. On the one hand, the 5F Team was confronted with the omnipresent difficulties of the COVID-19 pandemic. On the other hand, there was the major challenge of training a large number of users spread across various locations in Germany. <\/p>\n

All these challenges could be mastered through a strategically oriented training concept. The feedback from Grant Thornton is the confirmation of success for this.<\/p>\n<\/div>

After the first business units are already successfully working with the 5F Platform, the project collaboration now foresees the rollout to all other business units. In total, over 1,300 Grant Thornton users are expected to work with the Cloud Collaboration Platform. <\/p>\n

In parallel, separate development projects, such as a single sign-on for all employees, were also carried out. Through open mutual exchange and a high degree of utilization, the 5F Platform is put to the test daily. The practice-oriented and high-quality feedback helps to continuously develop the 5F Platform. <\/p>\n
